Once the payment has been received from our accounts team we will release a confirmation voucher, that voucher has all detail about your booking. You have to carry the confirmation voucher with you.Ā
Cancellation Policy: The amount received isĀ Non-Refundable.Ā
If reservation is cancelled minimumĀ 15 daysĀ prior to Arrival we will give 3Ā months’ timeĀ toĀ utilizeĀ the booking.Ā
If any cancellation /amendmentsĀ are doneĀ less thanĀ 15 daysĀ prior to arrival, then the total cost of the total number ofĀ rooms booked for the total number of nights will be charged as cancellation charges & no refund or credit noteĀ will be given.Ā
InĀ the eventĀ ofĀ a NOāSHOW theĀ entire amount will be charged as retention.Ā
