Nearest Railway station is Rishikesh Yog Nagri Railway station, and it is 18 kms. far from the camp site. Limited trains are available from here so for long journeys you have to take the train from Haridwar Railway station.
For Booking your stay in Shivpuri Camp, you have to pay 25 % as token and balance at the time of check inn ( All Payment modes are available like :- Paytm/Gpay/Phonepay)
After doing the payment you have to share your screen shot with our sales team member .
Once the payment has been received from our accounts team we will release a confirmation voucher, that voucher has all detail about your booking. You have to carry the confirmation voucher with you.
Cancellation Policy: The amount received is Non-Refundable.
If reservation is cancelled minimum 15 days prior to Arrival we will give 3 months’ time to utilize the booking.
If any cancellation /amendments are done less than 15 days prior to arrival, then the total cost of the total number of rooms booked for the total number of nights will be charged as cancellation charges & no refund or credit note will be given.
In the event of a NO–SHOW the entire amount will be charged as retention.
